Pharma Firm Taps SJP for Build-Out of New 300,000 Sq. Ft. Headquarters at ON3

A pharmaceutical company has selected SJP Properties to manage the build-out of its new 300,000 SF U.S. headquarters in Nutley. SJP Project Solutions said that it will work on behalf of Eisai Inc. as it relocates to modern, high-end office space at Prism Capital Partners’ ON3 campus.
